All managed intelligence agreements are structured on a 24-month term, ensuring platform stability, proactive planning, and a consistent roadmap for your organization.
Services are billed monthly — no large upfront payments. Your invoice is issued at the start of each service month based on your agreed plan and user count.
All monthly invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. Timely payment ensures uninterrupted service delivery and platform continuity for your organization.
Clients wishing to cancel must provide 30 days written notice. Early termination within the 24-month term is subject to the terms outlined in your agreement.
All new clients must complete a cybersecurity and infrastructure assessment before the platform is activated. This ensures your environment is properly configured, your risks are documented, and your onboarding is tailored — not templated.
